The more notice the better! Booking a couple of weeks in advance is very helpful as it gives me time to order and receive the supplies/colours I may need for your order. With the current supply shortages, it has become more difficult to receive supplies in a timely manner so to avoid disappointment please reach out to place your order as soon as possible.

Furthermore, I do take on last minute orders but they are only accepted based on availability!

Helium foil balloons approxiametely float for 12-72hrs and helium latex balloons approxiamately stay inflated for 10-48hrs. Latex helium balloons are pre-treated with Hi-float to help extend their float time for up to 2 weeks. Please keep in mind some balloons will float/stay inflated for longer than others. As they are balloons, it's always tough to guarantee how long each individual balloon will float for.

It is important to maintain a consistent temperature so that the balloons do not expand/shrink. To help prevent balloons from popping, do not expose to heat and/or sunlight (Helim expands in the heat). To avoid balloons from shrinking, do not expose to a cold environment (Helium shrinks in the cold).

Please keep balloons away from sharp objects, children and pets. Once you pick up your order, take them out of the bag as soon as you get home and do not store them near a window.

Also, please do not leave balloons in the car for long periods of time. They can pop/shrink based on the weather conditions.

If your placing an order within the month, full payment is required to confirm your order. For orders that are more than a month away, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance is due a week before the order pick up/delivery date. Please note you have 24hrs to make any changes once the design is confirmed.

For delivery orders, clients are provided with a one hour delivery window. If the recipient is not home during the agreed upon delivery window, we will try our best to wait but sometimes may not be able to depending on the delivery schedule. Bundle of Balloons is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the arrangement due to the weather/any other circumstance when being left outside unattended.

Also, we suggest ordering your balloons for pick up/delivery the day of your event, as we cannot guarantee float times for helium balloons picked up early.

Please note all completed purchases are final sale once delivered/picked up.

Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated balloons or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once. Bundle of Balloons is not responsible for any injuries and/or harm.
